What toddler doesn’t like to roar and pretend he is a lion? Lion pose is great for relieving tension in the face and throat. This pose encourages children (and adults!) to be playful while sitting still in a position that they often find themselves sitting.
To become a Lion:
Sit back onto your heels and place your hands onto your thighs. Sit up tall and brave, just like a king of the jungle!
Take a deep breath in to your nose and as you exhale open your mouth REALLY wide, stick your tongue out and say “HA!”
