Here are my top 3 picks for postures you can do at home to help increase your fertility.

Extended Triangle Pose

This pose can relieve stress and anxiety and help increase circulation to your pelvic area. It also creates space between your rib cage and pelvis by releasing tension in the waist as well as improve the function of your reproductive and digestive systems.

Standing Forward Bend

Uttanasana

This pose can bring a sense of peace and calm to your body and mind. It can helps lift and tone your uterus and improve circulation to your pelvic area.

Seated Forward Bend

This pose can relieve anxiety and create a sense of calm in your mind. It can also help to stimulate your ovaries and uterus.
