I get you. I truly get you. After having my first baby I remember feeling that “things” just weren’t the same. That something felt different. I grew up thinking that leaking after becoming a mom was “normal” and it was just something I would have to live with. Then I had another baby and things seemed to get worse. I couldn’t cough or sneeze without having to change my pants. I had constant back pain and aches that I thought was just related to always carrying a toddler and a baby around. I didn’t feel like myself and I knew that there had to be something out there that could make me “me” again. I started to see a pelvic floor physio and was amazed with the improvements to my body.
I also started to seek more information online and it was around the same time that my friend Samantha was really gearing up with her team at Bellies Inc. I soaked up everything I could which lead me to becoming a Bellies Inc. Trainer and to help other moms understand that what you may be experiencing is “common” but it is NOT “normal”

*If your core is not FUNCTIONAL you are going to be hard at work with no results (or negative results!) You need specific exercises postpartum (and beyond!) to RE-TRAIN your core before you start to once again train it!

I already see a pelvic floor physio, should I still take this class?
Yes! This class is pelvic floor physio approved and will be a great add on to the work you are doing with your pelvic floor physio! We just ask that you keep open communication between us and your physio so we can ensure we are all meeting your needs and working on the same goals!
I don’t know if I have a “problem”, why should I take this class?
If you have ever had a pregnancy then this series will be beneficial to you! As our bodies and hormones change you will want the tools and knowledge to strengthen your body (and keep it strong!) from the inside out. As we age and our hormones change so does our entire core system.
I had my baby over 5 years ago, should I still attend?
Yes! Taking control of your own health is extremely empowering and we welcome you to join us at anytime!
