Wow, does time fly! Registration is now open for winter 2017 and Little Lotus is offering two new events this December and January!
In addition to being able to register for the all of the Little Lotus classes we are offering throughout the city from Orleans to Manotick and everywhere in between, we have extended our 10 class pack promotion at Little Lotus’ brand new space “The Nest”! For $100 you can enjoy 10 of any of our classes at The Nest.
At The Nest you can choose from:
Mom & baby yoga, traditional yoga poses modified to focus on both of you. Practicing yoga while holding and rocking baby, letting you ease back into your yoga practice while you bond with each other in a warm welcoming environment.
Prenatal yoga, helping to keep you healthy during pregnancy by keeping stress levels in check and getting in touch with your body. Prenatal yoga can help prepare you for labour using deep breathing techniques and building strength and stamina.
Our brand-new child friendly women’s Hatha yoga, a gentle, basic yoga class that is slower-paced and focused on stretching with some basic breathing exercises and possibly meditation at the end in a child friendly environment. These classes are a great place to work on your alignment, learn relaxation techniques, and build strength and flexibility.
Or

The poses are held longer to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues.
