This weeks Prenatal Pose is Triangle! As I neared the end of my pregnancies I always enjoyed doing these postures up against the wall so I could rest here for a long time really feeling a nice release through my body without feeling like I needed to continue to balance and have the strength to maintain the posture. For mamas out there who have experienced it we all know how sometimes the body just wants to do a bit less work the last few days before baby arrives!
