Our weekly Prenatal Yoga classes a great way to move your body, spend time nurturing your mind and body and meeting other mamas who are on a similar journey as you.
Due to Covid-19 and the fact that we are all currently socially distancing we have changed things up a bit and are offering Prenatal Yoga virtually!

You can choose a single drop in for $20+tax or you can purchase a 4 class pass for only $60+tax
Approximately 30 minutes before the class is scheduled to start you will get a link to the online class so you can get started!

What technology do I need?
You need access to a computer, smartphone or tablet. If you haven’t downloaded Zoom before download it onto your device but only download the FREE version. You will not need the paid version. Make sure your device is charged and is ready to go on the internet.
What props do I need?
We suggest that you have a yoga mat but if you don’t have one you can use a towel or do your yoga directly on your floor. Having a pillow or cushion close by as well as a blanket may be helpful in some yoga postures to allow you to get really cozy.
Do I need to be on video?
You can choose to have your video on or off throughout the class. Whatever you are most comfortable with!
Do I need to talk?
Only if you want to 🙂 There is always time for some conversations before the class starts and at the end of each class as well. You can participate in these conversations if you would like or just listen throughout.
What if other people are around in my home?
That’s to be expected at this time and if you have other children around you, spouses, pets, etc. that’s ok! As long as you are comfortable then that is perfect!
