Sa Ta Na Ma – These sounds bring focus and clear out any negativity and junk in the brain that doesn’t belong there!
As the child says SA they bring their pointer finger and thumb together and then bring them apart. TA middle finger and thumb come together and then apart. Na ring finger and thumb come together and then apart. MA baby finger and thumb come together and then apart.
Begin the mantra meditation as a group saying each sound. Then ask the children to only say the sounds in their mind.
Another fun option is to start the mantra off verbally very quietly and with each round get a little louder, louder and louder! Then begin to quiet their voices back down to a whisper and then to no sound at all while they repeat the mantra in their head.
