Each client is unique and Lisa uses a variety of techniques to tailor each treatment plan to the individual. She has a keen interest in learning and continuing education and has completed a variety of post-graduate courses in pelvic health, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and acupuncture.
After a healthy and delicious lunch that we provide for you, we will welcome Jessie Lindley RHNH. Jessie Lindley RHN holds a Master’s degree in the “Politics of Food” from Queen’s University (food has always been her passion) and she became a practicing nutritionist in 2015 to live that passion. Her quest is to get at the root cause of her clients’ health problems, share how food and lifestyle changes can help heal and restore balance (as she has learned to overcome her own health challenges) and most importantly – how to reintroduce the joy back into learning to make healthy food choices! Her focus is reproductive health and she works primarily with couples to identify their individual fertility challenges and create personalized programs to help them make the necessary nutrition and lifestyle changes so that they have the absolute best chance at conception and a healthy pregnancy. She loves talking food and ovaries! She can be found at the Sunrise Wellness Centre for Nutritional Counselling, she the in-house nutritionist at Eating Well Ottawa and she’s also a partner in Feed Me – Ottawa’s newest home delivery service of nutritionist-designed organically focused meals.
