I get it. I really, really, really get it! Your mind is full of things you need to do, things you should do, want to do and maybe will one day do. As moms there is always something else that needs to be added to “the” list.
The next time your mind is swirling with the need to, have to, should dos, try this out!
Have a lot of thoughts and to-dos that you just can’t shake out of your head? Not sure what will really move you forward in your business, what can be outsourced, and what is possibly holding you back?
1) First, get a blank piece of paper, write down everything that comes to mind – all your to-dos, need to dos, should dos, and want to dos. Anything is game… personal, business and much more!
2) Next, circle all the items that you don’t like doing, don’t have time to do or would rather not do. Think about how can you outsource these tasks.
3) Lastly, cross off all the items that you don’t REALLY need to get done right now. Do the windows REALLY need cleaned? (Isn’t it better if people can’t see in anyways?) Do you REALLY need to add that extra dance class to your kids schedule?
Have a cup of tea, put your feet up and breathe while you prioritize what really needs to be done and what can wait for another day.
