Do I need experience?
No! No yoga experience is needed for any of our classes and they are geared towards all level of experience. Our teachers are experienced yoga teachers and are able to adapt the class to best suit your needs.
My child isn’t quite old enough for a class. Can they still register?
Most of our classes are recommended ages but we do have times when younger/older children may participate. Please note that all of our lesson planning is geared towards the age group of the children registered.
My baby is already crawling, can we still come to Mom & Baby Yoga?
Yes! If you are still comfortable with your baby in the space then absolutely! This will really vary from child to child. Some are very active and like to explore and some like to explore gently within the space and other babies. Usually when you spend more of the class chasing your little one we suggest our Parent & Tot classes.

No prior yoga teacher experience is required to participate in our teacher training programs.
How much are your classes?
Most of our classes work out to $15+hst/class. However prices vary from location to location and type of workshop so we always suggest you check our schedule or send us an email.
How do I register for a class?
You can register directly online through our online schedule at www.littlelotusyoga.ca/schedule (sometimes it takes a moment to load) or by giving us a call at 613 858 7063. Some of our classes are enrolment base so once the “session” has started we will need to process your registration manually. Send us an email or give us a call and we will be happy to get you all signed up!
It is saying that the class is not available for registration, now what?
Some of our classes have registration directly through the community centre that they are associated with. Our classes at the Old Ottawa South Firehall, GNAG and Old Town Hall Ottawa East have registrations through their individual sites.
