Today we are sharing Downward Facing Dog for our Prenatal Yoga Pose of the week! Downward Facing Dog is a great way to give baby some space to move away from the pelvis and let the pelvis have some relief and space. To become a Lion: Sit back onto your heels and place your hands onto your thighs. Sit up tall and brave, just like a king of the jungle! Take a deep breath in to your nose and as you exhale open your mouth REALLY wide, stick ... View Post
