Snowy Yoga

The snow has been falling a lot in Ottawa and on the days that it is not too chilly we LOVE playing outside! My 3 year old goes to an outdoor focused preschool a few days a week and could stay outside all day. If only I could keep up in the cooler weather. Yoga Craft – ROAR Like a Lion

What toddler doesn’t like to roar and pretend he is a lion? Lion pose is great for relieving tension in the face and throat.
