Harmony Ottenhof
Instructor
As a former athlete exercise was something that was always important to me. It wasn't until sports ended that I found myself confused as to how I could make exercise fun, exciting and enjoyable again. This also became my mission to bring to others so 8 years ago I decided to become a personal Trainer! After becoming a personal trainer I put this vision into motion and have been working to refine this idea ever since. I have been inspired to bring so much more to my training career since becoming a mother, I am excited to work with you and cannot wait to share in your journey!
