Little Lotus is so excited to be offering a mini fertility yoga workshop December 11th!
After enjoying a light breakfast, our certified fertility yoga instructor Jenn Tuthill will lead a fertility yoga class filled with calming and restorative poses, purposefully chosen to increase circulation to your reproductive system, relax your mind and reduce stress. During the poses you will focus on meditation, breathwork and positive visualizations. No yoga experience is necessary to attend this workshop.

Tara Hagan Fields is a Registered Massage Therapist at Fascial Connections Myofascial Release and Wellness Centre. Branching from traditional Massage Therapy she has specialized in Myofascial Release and Fascial restrictions and is now an expert level therapist under the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach. Having additional training in chronic pelvic pain, visceral manipulation, breast care, pregnancy – pre/post partum care, Tara focuses her practice in Women’s Health. As a Naturopathic Doctor, Erin Kasparek teaches the principles of healthy living. Erin provides expert guidance on natural health and tools for individuals to empower themselves by actively participating in their own wellness. She believes in addressing the cause of specific health concerns in order for individuals to realize their wellness goals. Her family practice focuses on women’s hormonal health, pediatrics, skin conditions, detoxification, fatigue, sleep issues, and digestive concerns. Lisa Flanders is a Registered Physiotherapist with specialized training pertaining to pelvic floor physiotherapy. She completed a Bachelor of Arts as well as a Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Manitoba prior to completing a Master of Science, Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Lisa began her career in orthopedic physiotherapy, which she loves and continues to practice, but had a keen interest in pelvic floor physiotherapy. Following several post-graduate courses on pelvic floor physiotherapy, it became a passion for her. She realized many individuals have common concerns related to pelvic health but are often too embarrassed to seek advice, or are unaware that treatment is available. Her goal is to improve the health and quality of life of her clients. She wants to remove the stigma surrounding pelvic health concerns and assist her clients in regaining a connection to their pelvic floor and optimize their pelvic health and function. Lisa is trained in the Integrated Systems Model approach through Diane Lee and Associates, which looks at the whole person when determining the cause of dysfunction. Each client is unique and Lisa uses a variety of techniques to tailor each treatment plan to the individual. She has a keen interest in learning and continuing education and has completed a variety of post-graduate courses in pelvic health, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation and acupuncture.
Diane is a powerful and creative catalyst for awakening the goddess within women through intuition, spiritual teachings and expressive arts. She finds beauty and magic in the ordinary. She is a Female Empowerment Coach , a Professional Sex Coach and Expressive Arts Facilitator. She EMPOWERS women to connect with the powerful voice within themselves so they may stand confidently and unabashedly in their centre of power. Kristin is a Registered Acupuncturist, licensed by the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. She graduated from the 3-year Diploma in Acupuncture program at the International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Vancouver. After graduation, her studies specialized in gynecology and reproductive medicine. Kristin uses acupuncture and supporting modalities, such as moxibustion & cupping, to promote natural healing. Her primary focus is women’s health and hormonal balancing: regulating menstruation, promoting fertility, supporting healthy pregnancies, and managing menopause symptoms naturally.
After learning from our specialists, we will close our mini workshop with a meditation, allowing you to finish the day feeling strong and relaxed in body and mind and spirit.
