We are so lucky to have Sarah Zahab as one of our speakers at our upcoming Girls Night Out on December 5th.
Sarah is a Registered Kinesiologist, studying human or non-human body movement. Kinesiology tackles physiological, biomechanical, and psychological mechanisms of movement.
