Have your child focus on something that has happened that has made them feel sad, angry, fearful, etc. Have them put these feelings into the balloon as you blow the balloon up release your feelings into the balloon. Invite them to feel the warmth and space within your mind and body that you now have for positive feelings and love. Let your balloon go and watch it fly around the room releasing your feelings you blew into the balloon.
