This weeks Prenatal Pose is a version of the Warrior. Open and strengthen your hips as you play with Warrior 1. Challenge: Try to hold Warrior 1 for as long as your body is able to do so. The mind likes to jump in sometimes when it is challenged and tells you to move out of any posture that may be unfamiliar or create some discomfort. Continue to focus on your breath and stay in this posture until your BODY tells you to move, not your MIND.
